MBTI® Work Styles Report (for 2 Colleagues)*

This report pairs two colleagues' MBTI® results to help them see how to productively use their similarities and differences. It compares the style of two individuals in communication, information gathering, decision-making and project management to spot sources of potential conflict. Presents personalized action plans to aid individuals in developing a positive working relationship.

1⁄2 - 1 day of follow-on individual coaching sessions to align individual goals with team and organization goals.

FIRO-B

The FIRO-B™ (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior) instrument assesses how our unique interpersonal needs motivate and affect our behavior in personal and professional relationships. It offers insights into the ways we want to contribute to, influence, and participate with individuals, groups, and teams. Measuring three dimensions of interpersonal relationships - inclusion, control and affection -- the FIRO-B™ assumes these three areas are fundamental in understanding and predicting interpersonal behavior.
