Virtually every action one takes to improve either the effectiveness of
an organization or one’s own effectiveness should start with the
question: “Who are my stakeholders and what do they think?” We not only
use this approach ourselves, but assist organizations and individuals in
both identifying stakeholders (which is not always as easy as it might
sound) as well as ascertaining their views.
We can assist you in personal interviews, telephone surveys, email
surveys and / or web survey instruments, whether the population is 1 or
1000.
