TEAMSCOPE™ -
LEVEL I, LEVEL II*
TeamScope is an on-line assessment designed to help both individuals
and teams evaluate their alignment against one or more sets of
factors such as strategic goals, operational objectives, company
values and/or non-quantifiable measures such as those found in the
Balanced Scorecard approach. Can be tailored to any set of
performance criteria and can include open-ended questions. What
differentiates Level I from Level II is the length and complexity of
the factor sets being evaluated. Can include follow-up action
planning workshop and/or performance coaching.
MBTI® Team Report*
This report provides a description of the team’s type, its strengths
and weaknesses, its problem-solving and conflict management styles.
It contains personalized type information for each team member so
individuals see how they fit on the team and offers a personalized
action plan to improve the effectiveness of team and of individual
team members.
One-Half Day Introductory MBTI® Team Workshop
Facilitated by a Certified MBTI® Practitioner, teams are guided
through a process of discovery and analysis to identify the
strengths and weakness of the team, how to deal with conflict and
communication challenges. Team members are acquainted with
similarities and differences among themselves and information on how
they personally fit on the team. Includes personalized action plans
to improve the effectiveness of team and of individual members. Each
team member receives a 75-page Field Guide which summarizes session
content and provides valuable team reference materials.
MBTI® Reinforcement
Module
It is highly recommended that teams consider scheduling an MBTI®
Reinforcement Module two to three months after the initial training
as a way to maximize the investment made by further sharpening
skills.
These sessions can be designed as a two-hour session or a
one-half day session. Telephone discussions are conducted with each
team member prior to the session to surface any specific learning
needs, issues, communication problems, etc. that might be profitably
addressed in the session. Coaching is often a component of these
discussions to personally assist the individual in his / her
effective use of type. A questionnaire can also be used to elicit
this information.
Depending on the needs of the team, module can focus on:
 |
Reinforcement of basic
concepts |

|
Sharing success stories: How
team members have
successfully applied MBTI® principles |
 |
Exploring the next level of
team dynamics |

|
Analysis of MBTI® Step II team
facet distribution and
implications |

|
Topical sessions on:
- Type and Change
- Type and Conflict
- Type and Stress
- Type and Coaching
- Type and Leadership Development
- Type and Procrastination
- Type and Selling
