Lyn L. Dean

Lyn has over fifteen years experience in the consulting industry, with roles in mediation, coaching, research, business and technical writing, and process facilitation. In both the technical and non-technical arenas, Lyn has focused her expertise on helping people be more effective in their organization by providing extensive research, information synthesis, program and instructional design, process reengineering and qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Lyn’s expertise lies in needs analysis, process engineering and consulting, research, design and development of instructional materials and training programs, managing project teams and training trainers. She has worked in a variety of positions including technical consulting, client relations, leadership development and program and instructional design.

Lyn received a B.A. in biology and an M.S. in biochemistry from the University of Western Ontario in Canada. She received an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado, Denver, where she resides.
