Margaret Sanders

Peg specializes in intelligence and national security, strategic and security planning, public/private security partnerships, professional ethics, and what makes a secure, healthy organization. She assists clients in the areas of strategy, organizational effectiveness, client/customer satisfaction and loyalty, and human resources.

Peg served as a senior executive in the Central Intelligence Agency until 2002, where she led offices of up to several hundred people, with responsibility for operations, resource management and budget, human resources, policy and legal guidance, and information services. She also served as chief of one of the Agency’s field stations, and created a long-range strategic plan for the Agency’s Directorate of Operations.

Peg is a Senior Fellow at the Institute on Globalization and Security at the University of Denver. She also teaches security courses at the Graduate School of International Studies at the University of Denver.
