Neil Brown

Neil Brown specializes in customizing consultations and interventions to the specific needs and dynamics of large organizations, work teams, and individuals. He is known for finding strength-based, unique, and results-oriented solutions for identified problems.

With experience in corporations ranging from biotechnology to the retail organizational industry, Neil has contributed by providing training, coaching and assessments. He has led senior staff on projects focusing on core value identification and functional integration.

Neil has taught courses at the San Jose State University Graduate School of Social Work. He has a B.S. Degree in Psychology from Colorado State University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver. He is based in Santa Cruz, California.
